At My Little Princess, every piece is crafted or chosen with love, and we want you to feel just as happy unboxing it as we felt creating or curating it. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges work for different types of items.
1. Custom-Made Garments
Our custom pieces are handmade to your measurements and specifications, making each one truly one-of-a-kind.
- All custom orders are Final Sale – we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- If your garment arrives with a defect or mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can repair, replace, or resolve the issue quickly.
- Alterations can be offered at an additional cost if the garment matches the measurements provided.

2. Ready-to-Ship Garments
If your order is for a standard or in-stock item, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges unless marked item is marked as Final-Sale
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued as original payment method

- Photos if the item is defective or incorrect

How to return or exchange a product purchased online
If you want to return an item(s), please submit your request through your Customer Account (link)
We will review your order and will email you all return instructions within 48 hours or email:mylittleprincessllc@gmail.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which our support team will provide for all authorized returns.
Reminder: The shipping service should include tracking as we are not responsible for the package until received by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Any items found worn, washed, or deemed used will not be refunded. If your return does not meet our return guidelines, you will be notified via e-mail and we will arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to you at your cost.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mylittleprincesssllc@gmail.com.
